Our Shop Factory software has been update to comply with the new Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 and Windows 7 programing.  One of the problems we encountered during testing was that some older browser software simply won't work with the new product.   Fortunately these are very limited and so hopefully few remain in service. Please check our recommendations for Mozilla software on the "Specials" page.  We  have taken the problem to heart and will be posting two Shop Factory versions, but only for a short time.  Version 1 is the older of the two and will work if your still running 5, 6 year old or older software.  Version 2 is the newer and works with all the recent software including Windows 7 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 just released.  We thank you for your understanding and patience while we updated our on line Shop Factory program.  Both are secured by both SSL and PGP encryption entered at very high military standards.
