We have two Shop Factory versions.
One is the older one that works with most old Internet Browser's. 
The newer version is compliant with
Windows 7 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 8. 
The new version will work with almost any browser
  other than a very old one.
Both have been programed with the same discounts,
shipping, terms and conditions.

We suggest you update your browser to current
specs.  Many are available some better than others.
We have been using/testing Mozilla which we found to
be very easy to use and free to download at their
web site  http://www.mozilla.com/. You will be able to transfer all of your
bookmarks - passwords - and other information
with a single click of your mouse, a very simple process.

No - we aren't in the web browser business - but
will soon be removing the older version Shop Factory
from our web since our SSL and PGP security services will
soon be discontinuing service for it. 
You will need a newer version browser to
access many webs including our new postings.

      We ship most retail customer orders via United States Postal System Priority Mail which is usually delivered in two or three working days.  Exceptions are Alaska and Hawaii which takes a little longer.    In some instances we use United Parcel Service for larger shipments or on special request (extra shipping charges may apply).  All commercial customer shipments go via UPS.
